Position objective :
Support Sales and Marketing objectives by developing , coordinating and executing customer marketing strategies. These strategies will focus on developing differentiated plans by channel & customer for superior customer’s experience to improve retention, accelerate growth and maximize rentability. Prepares reports to monitor competitors’ activity, categories shift, shares and track sales data to optimize company revenue and customer reach .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develops and lead implementation of customer marketing strategies by customers & channels, and categories & brands.
2. Prepares promotional plans and forecast by customers / brands.
3. Prepares analysis of sales versus monthly forecast for management action, including review of desired inventory levels for the quarter.
4. Prepares sales presentations of new and/or existing products, business reviews and other sales presentations as requested.
5. Conducts competitive pricing research by visiting the market, prepares analysis based on results and makes recommendations to ensure profitability by store format and channels.
6. Proposed Support Budget to fund plans and activities for Key Brands, House’s and Principal’s .
7. Coordinate with Principals the plans, budgets, and metrics.
8. Provide strong Support the BRAND DEVELOPMENT team.
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Master’s degree in business desirable
2. Two years of experience in sales and marketing
3. Knowledge of sales channels characteristics and how to sell products by market segment
4. Proficiency in the use of Excel functions features and formulars to organize, analyze and adjust data
5. Proficiency in Power Point to prepare presentations that convey the message effectively.
6. Bilingual – English and Spanish
