Job Description
Your Role As a HealthStreamer
Position Summary
The Access Solutions Platform Success Manager is responsible for client success with integrating client applications with HealthStream APIs. This individual will directly support inbound customer support questions from developers on how to set up, use, and debug supported applications with HealthStream APIs, webhooks, and other technologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Meets with clients to discuss their desired workflows and consults on options.
Skilled in Postman to mockup customer use-cases and workflows and be able to communicate those workflows in writing and/or visualizations and on calls with the customer.
Manages inbound requests for access to the developer portal.
Manages inbound requests for API credentials to our API sandbox(s) and production environments.
Knowledgeable about HLC administrator and student processes, and able to transfer that knowledge to assist customers developing automations through API.
Makes suggestions for process improvement and assists in implementation and testing of changes.
Cooperates with other HealthStream solution teams for best customer outcomes.
What You Will Need to be Successful
Education, Experience and Knowledge Required
Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, MIS, technology, or an equivalent.
At least 2 years in support, operations or implementations, or another relevant role
Experience in the healthcare industry, and/or learning, and/or APIs strongly preferred
Skills and Abilities Required
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
Highly proficient in the use of technical applications for business purposes
Skilled or mastery with Postman and APIs
SalesForce experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Solutions such as Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint
Works independently in a high-paced environment, exhibiting a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
Demonstrates a persistent commitment to service excellence
Demonstrates consultative behaviors (listening, questioning, documenting, solutioning, validating, follow-up)
Establishes high degree of trust and credibility internally and among customers
Respectfully works within a multi-disciplinary, matrixed team with a focus on meeting organizational and team goals
