Job Summary:
The Staffing Specialist shall consistently maintain staffing operations with the utmost accuracy to the best of Employee's ability, including but not limited to, receiving and entering shift requests, maintaining current records of availability, scheduling only the most qualified staff member for each individual shift, providing appropriate notification of scheduled shifts to staff, clients, supervisors and others, as appropriate, maintaining up-to-date client and employee profiles, monitoring overtime and responding accordingly to emergency requests. Employee shall also participate in determining hiring needs of the company and other duties as assigned as it relates to Staffing.

Qualifications:

The perfect candidate is cooperative, resourceful and accountable with a concrete work ethic and the ability to maintain an affable demeanor while consistently providing superior customer service. Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through are a must. Previous dental experience required. Previous staffing experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.
