Employment Status – Full-time, FTE 1.0;

• Specialty – Pediatrics
• Location – CHI St. Alexius Health- Dickinson
• Initial Contract Term – Three (3) years; with auto-renewal
• Base Salary: $304,301 Paid based on CHI designated benchmark median.
• 1:5 Call Excess Call- $539/24 hour shift or $22.46/hr
• Performance Incentive: Starting the first full fiscal year up to 5% of base compensation (defined by updated benchmarks for each fiscal year)
• Productivity Incentive: Paid at $44.41 per wRVU greater than 6,833 (based on CHI designated benchmarks)
• Starting Loan: $30,000 payable within 30 days following start date; forgiven over Three (3) years as long as you remain employed by the Clinic
• Relocation- up to $15,000

The Clinic will offer the following:

• CME allowance: ($3,000 single-boarded, $5,000 double-boarded)
