Full-Time 1099 Contractor: Living in the Community

• Base Comp = $300/hr.which is a Base of $290/hr. $10/hr. Quality Bonus
• Sign-on Bonus = $50K- Can also be used as a Resident Stipend
• Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.

Full-Time & Part-Time 1099 Contractor: Travel-PRN

• Base Comp = $285/hr. which is a Base of $275/hr. $10/hr. Quality Bonus
• Professional Liability Insurance
• 12 hr. Shifts
• Travel and Lodging
• 1 Year contract
• Will be put on the schedule first.
• Block Shifts

FTE Base Compensation & Bonus:

• Base Comp = $290/hr. which is a Base of $280/hr. $10/hr. Quality Bonus
• Sign-on Bonus = $50K-Can also be used as a Resident Stipend
• Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.
• 12 hr. Shifts
• CME = $5K annually
• Employer Paid Health Insurance (HSA Option)

Practice Details:

25-bed hospital with 4-bed open ICU

Volume 14K

Flexible block scheduling and supportive administrative team.

APP's onsite during peak hours

The typical inpatient census is 8-15 patients per day.

Admissions 2-3 day

EMR: Meditech

Provide care to a variety of patients with acute concerns that can vary greatly - mild to complex. Expedited hospital credentialing with the completed application

Schedule:The schedule is 12 x 12-hour shifts/month.

7a - 7p and 7p - 7a

everyone works a mix unless they have a preference for nights.

The ideal candidate for these positions will be:BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine-Will consider other specialties with EM Experience.

ND Medical License and DEA without restrictions, or ability to obtain.

Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and works well in a team-based care delivery model.
