HealthScope is looking for a Value-Based Care consultant (contract) to identify partnership opportunities with payers and at-risk providers in AZ.

We offer at-home lab testing (mobile phlebotomy) to payers and providers, giving patients a better experience while helping payers/providers with gaps in care and risk adjustment. As such, we're mainly looking to partner with companies that would financially benefit from increased adherence to labs, and at lower cost. We can also offer the actual lab testing through our partner lab, or use the partner's preferred lab.

This role is perfect for anyone who wants to get in on the ground floor and help accelerate the shift of health into the home. Specifically, this person:

• Has 5-10 years of experience in healthcare, ideally in value-base care or payer contracting
• Is knowledgeable about the business of healthcare, and can identify opportunities to structure partnerships with value-based care providers and plans (e.g. Medicare Advantage and ACOs) that are mutually beneficial
• Is comfortable being independent & designing their own strategy
• Ideally has existing relationships in healthcare in the Phoenix area

The role can be 100% commission, part-time salary, or some combination - open to discussion.
