Part-time Home Health Physical Therapist needed for Windham, CT and surrounding areas. Areas will include Lebanon, Willimantic, Windham, Storrs, Willington, Mansfield, Coventry, Union, Stafford, Stafford Springs, Chaplin, Ashford.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate of Science degree in Physical Therapy.

2. Current license in the state of practice.
