  • $600,000 base salary 
  • Bonus based on RVU production
  • Quality bonus adds $50,000 potential

  • $75,000 Sign-on bonus
  • $60,000 total retention bonus
  • 33 days of PTO
  • 5 days $6,000 CME annually
