REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications for LPN:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure in Minnesota

Required Qualifications for Medical Assistant

• High School diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program

Required Qualifications for EMT

• Graduate of an accredited EMT program and current EMT License

Location: Eagan clinic

Schedule: 0.80 FTE

Monday 9:00am-5:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm

Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm

Friday Off
