Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Lactation Consultant to join our Family Birth Centerteam! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary: This certified lactation consultant provides education, support, and guidance to new mothers at Methodist Hospital through inpatient classes and consults as well as in an outpatient clinic setting.

Work Schedule: Casual position. Mostly day shifts, some evenings and weekends along with helping in Lactation Cafe coverage in the clinics.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
• BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
• Must have IBCLC certification
