The Breast Health Care Navigator is a nursing practice role that serves patients and their families referred from Hudson, Westfields, Amery, St. Croix Valley, and Lakeview Hospitals who are undergoing breast diagnostics at the Breast Center at Lakeview. The Navigator provides coordination and timely communication all in collaboration with the patient’s primary care provider from post screening mammogram to a definitive diagnosis in the breast imaging department.

Work Schedule: 

7:30am to 4pm Monday through Friday - Casual schedule

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Nursing 
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota
• RN licensure in Wisconsin within 6 months of hire date
• Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
• Minimum of three (3) years hospital experience or procedure experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 
• CBCN (Certified Breast Care Nurse) or CN-BN (Certified Navigator – Breast Care Nurse)
