Position: Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

Location: Mesa, Arizona

Schedule: Full Time

Salary: $100k - $160k / year

Education:

• Graduated from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners

License(s):

• AZ State License
• Valid AZ DEA with Schedule II- IV DEA

Experience:

• Evaluation & management for chronic pain conditions
• Familiarity with Surgical Intervention for Musculoskeletal Diagnosis/Conditions
• Epidurals, MBB, RFA
• Spinal Cord Stimulation
• Vertebral Augmentation
• Vertiflex
• MILD
• Medication Management with Controlled Substances & Medications
• Examines patient and performs a comprehensive physical exam, and complies medical data including health history and results of physical examination
• Administers or orders diagnostic test, lab tests and interprets test results for deviations from normal
• Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes and assists in provision of continuity of care
