Job Summary and Qualifications

This position will assume project and program leadership for the HealthONE/HCA hospital’s participation in the Colorado Medicaid Hospital Transformation Program HTP). These responsibilities will involve close collaboration with regional healthcare partnerships ensuring all requirements are met and potential benefits to the Denver hospitals are optimized.

• Serve as internal program SME.
• Lead program rules, guidance, and interpretation.
• Evaluate impact of HTP changes on achievement.
• Mitigate potential financial risks associated with facility operations and program changes.
• Develop strategies for HTP measure goal achievement.
• Lead IT measure report development and validation.
• Monitor monthly HTP measure performance.
• Develop and revise yearly HTP achievement projections.

• Report metrics and milestones with a quality/case management focus.

What qualifications you will need:

• Project Management Background essential
• Master’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred
• A minimum of five years professional experience in a hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare payment system
• Self-motivated professional who possesses strong organization and planning skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects independently
