Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree (preferred but not required).
• Immunization certification

Experience

• Five (5) years of pharmacy experience (preferred but not required)
• Management experience (preferred but not required)

• Cultural sensitivity
• Leadership and organizational skills essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY:

• Pharmaceutical services

DIRECT SUPERVISION:

• Health Center Pharmacy Technicians
• Health Center Staff Pharmacist

REQUIRED TRAINING:

• All required Relias training
