We are seeking as-needed/substitute staff (# of hours depends on demand) Injury Prevention Specialists to support our client sites in either Marysville, East Liberty, Anna and/or Russells Point, OH! In this position, you will support the creation and implementation of programs focused on the prevention of work injuries, physical conditioning, and employee education and wellness.

Hours: As-needed. Hours could be morning, afternoon or evening, depending on availability.

Your impact within this team:

• Conducts employee injury prevention programs, education and training.
• Develops exercise programs specific to injury prevention and conditioning needs.
• Collects and documents appropriate program data to support the ROI process.
• Develops, promotes and markets wellness and general education programs.
• Supports Associate Care teams with job function assessment, incident investigation and associate care management.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or other related field required; OR PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant)
• Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
