How you can make a difference

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. This teammate will manage multiple complex internal and/or external projects at any given time from initiation to delivery. This position ensures that all scope, quality, budgetary and scheduling targets, and requirements are met, ensuring consistent communication of all facets of the project occurs.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful go to market execution of multiple features and enhancements in our B2B2C environment. You will be responsible for establishing and refining product marketing release guidelines, implementing multifaceted communication cascade strategies, and overseeing various cross-functional workflows in the go to market space.

What you'll be doing

Project Management

    Lead end-to-end project management of initiatives within marketing's scope.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly.
  • Distribute reports on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.

B2B2C Expertise

  • Leverage extensive experience in B2B2C environments to drive go to market operations frameworks and standardize processes based on high level and strategic guidance.
  • Recognize the unique dynamics and challenges of B2B2C go to market and tailor project approaches accordingly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure unified approach across channels.

Cross-Functional Liaison

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Engage with various internal teams to understand gaps, needs and challenges.
  • Foster robust partnership with product marketing and channel delivery teams to ensure seamless communications and scaled support for all key product and feature launches.

Flawless Execution

  • Ensure the highest standards of quality from project start to finish.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes throughout project lifecycle.
  • Support root cause analysis and remediation efforts when needed.

Seamless Project Handoff

  • Facilitate smooth transitions of work throughout projects, setting clear expectations, and promoting consistency and accountability across the project team.
  • Work closely with marketing, service, operational, and channel delivery teams to provide comprehensive project documentation and necessary guidance.

What you will need to be successful

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager, with expertise in go to market in a B2B2C environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Clear understanding of product and feature launch strategies and communication cascade dynamics.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams, particularly product marketing and operations teams.
  • Ability to implement varied and evolving guidance and adapt project plans for accelerated timelines.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations tools and platforms, and project management software such as Workfront, Smartsheet or similar.
  • Experience in an Agile environment a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality execution.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Salary Range
$31.97 To $47.84 / hour

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
