What: Hiring a new team member to help create and maintain user accounts and information for the thousands of people who use our services, while delivering excellent support.
Why: This Administrative and Customer Support Services role supports one of the largest and most multi-faceted health information exchanges in the country. This team is the "face of the company" for many of our participants. You will be creating and addressing service tickets, creating new accounts and maintaining accurate user data, fielding emails and some phone calls, answering user questions, and ultimately making sure that all the details are organized and in the right place.
If you’ve worked as a Patient Service Representative, Medical Billing Specialist, Medical Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, you may be a perfect fit!
