HTS is now hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team at our partner skilled nursing facility in Edmonton, KY (Metcalfe Co.). The Speech Therapist in this position will perform evaluations/screens and provide treatments on a part-time or consistent PRN basis.
Caseload maintenance needs approximately 5-10 hours per week: 2-3 hours/day on 3 days per week. A motivated and available Speech Therapist could build caseload.
Experience working with geriatric population and diagnoses (especially dysphagia) is preferred.
Requirements
Applicants must have active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
