Description

HTS is now hiring PRN Occupational Therapists to join our therapy team serving two outstanding rehab facilities located in Columbus, IN. The primary role of the Occupational Therapist will be to conduct evaluations, progress notes, recertifications and discharges on an occasional, as-needed basis. The primary facility is a beautiful continuing care retirement community with a diverse caseload, varying levels of skilled need with Med A/return to home population while the other location is a small skilled nursing facility.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana licensure, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of a national licensure exam.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
