Reports To: Manager, Application Services & Resource Team

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an Application Service & Resource Specialist provides support to client implementation and post implementation processes. The specialist role requires the ability to learn tasks for all HST’s suite of products. This position will be responsible trouble shooting and resolving issues related to building and loading data into the applications. The role requires a self-starter, team player, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and someone with ability to communicate effectively within the organization as well as external parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and populate data files in software systems and applications.
  • Perform validation and audits to ensure integrity and quality.
  • Assist team members in solving task problems.
  • Learns and works in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day.
  • Adheres to all quality and productivity standards defined by the department.
  • Timely and accurate completion of tasks in an organized, effective, and positive manner.
  • Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support Implementation team with duties as assigned.
  • Learn from, and share knowledge and skills with your teammates to grow our team’s impact to the organization.
  • Communicate and collaborate across teams and departments to resolve issues.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, Customers defined as internal and external
  • Be the voice of the customer by providing and documenting change requests from the customers, delivering feedback to product management and software development teams.
  • Be professional, courteous, and tactful in all direct and phone communications.
  • Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.
  • Some assignments may require the employee to interact directly with clients. Must have ability to communicate with clients effectively and professionally when required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree recommended
  • Proficient in MS Office and related products
  • Problem solves and de-escalates unique situations while sustaining a high-paced task volume
  • Comfortable with tight deadlines and surge workload
  • Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external communications
  • Able to manage many ongoing activities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
