Early Phase Operations Manager (Senior)
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Early Phase Operations Manager (Senior) to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare organization in Lake Mary, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Early Phase Operations Manager (Senior):

Responsible for planning and daily operations of the Early Phase Research Operations.
Directly supervise clinical research staff assigned to Early Phase Operations in their function of administration of clinical trials.
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Required Qualifications for Clinical Laboratory Assistant:

Bachelor’s degree in health science or related field of study - BSN Preferred
5 years’ experience in healthcare research or clinical trial research
2 years of leadership experience managing a team
Knowledge of FDA research regulatory requirements is required

Preferred Qualifications for Clinical Laboratory Assistant:

Registered Nurse
