- Gather relevant and thorough patient health data.
- Supports patients within the interdisciplinary team and ensures safety.
- Evaluate assessment data for diagnosis and individualized planning.
- Educate and support patients and families, ensuring efficient care and safety.
- Preferred 2 years of experience caring for Stepdown Level of care patients
- RN - Registered Nurse Required (DE or Compact License)
- BLS - Basic Life Saving certification Required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Required
- NIH - Stroke Certification Required
- **Covid Vaccine required upon submitting candidates - religious exemptions accepted but it would be using their own documentation and approval.**
- Three 12-hour shifts /week
- Possible shift differential
