Hybrid Patient Care Coordinator
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hybrid Patient Care Coordinator to fill an opening with a well-known Healthcare organization in Indianapolis, IN.
Daily Responsibilities for the Hybrid Patient Care Coordinator:

• Address basic customer inquiries, foster positive customer relations, and proactively research a high-quality resolution
• Provide effective communication, as it involves clear and concise interactions with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and patients, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment:
• Shift: Multiple Shift Options

Required Qualifications for the Hybrid Patient Care Coordinator:

• 18 months of experience within the healthcare industry
• High School Diploma/ GED
• 1 years of experience working in a high call volume locations

Pay Details:

• $16/hr - $19/hr (dependent on experience)
