Hospice Social Worker – BSW / MSW
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hospice Social Worker – BSW / MSW to fill an opening with a Large Healthcare Network in Boca Raton, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Hospice Social Worker – BSW / MSW:
The Social Worker will support patients and families going through Hospice care
Daily responsibilities include assessing needs, collaborating with the medical team, designing proper plan of care, and ongoing communication with assigned cases to work toward goals
8-30am – 5pm
Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday
Required Qualifications for Hospice Social Worker – BSW / MSW:
Graduate of a Masters or Bachelors program – accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
At least one year of experience in social after degree completion
Experience in the medical setting as a social worker
Preferred Qualifications for Hospice Social Worker – BSW / MSW:
Hospice expereince

Pay Details: $22.94 - $28.68 per hours (based on years of experience) (in salary terms: $47,715-$59,654)No Masters Degree yet? Pay details: $21 - $25 per hour (based on years of experience)
