Inpatient Hospice Nurse Manager Perks Job Highlights:

• Full Time, Permanent position (not contract/seasonal)
• Annual salary ranging from $86K – $105K and increasing based on years of experience

Nurse Manager daily responsibilities:

• Manage the field staff team (RNs, CNA, Social Worker, and/or Chaplain etc).
• Oversee day-to-day operations and patient care including assisting their team with assessing, planning, guiding and evaluating patient care.
• Collaborate with management, physicians, and field staff utilizing a teamwork approach
• Assists with training, and evaluation of all team clinical personnel; and maintenance/development of the clinical record
• Complete appropriate documentation utilizing EMR system
• Provides top notch nursing care and displays excellent customer service
• Additional job duties and job specifics can be discussed with recruiter including typical case load, territory, scheduling, etc.

Ideal Requirements for the Home Health RN:

• Clear and active FL RN license
• 2 years of RN experience
• 1 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of nursing procedures, regulations, and guidelines
