- Competitive salary! Pay per visit – salary can range anywhere from $100K –135K *highly based on patients being seen and experienced!
- Paid training $45 – $60/hr
- Flexible scheduling options – Weekday and Weekend positions available!
- Mileage reimbursement - $0.62/mile
- Medical, Dental, Vision (Begin on 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment)
- FSA & HSA Options Employer HSA Contribution
- 401(k) with 6% match
- PTO, Paid Holidays Eligible for 2 floating holidays based on date of hire
- Home Health RN will provide case management and nursing services in the patients’ homes
- Develop plans of care and utilize nursing theories, skills, and techniques to provide quality care to your clients on a daily basis
- Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
- One (1) year experience as an RN (Home Health, Med-Surg, ED, SNF, etc.)
- Must have prior home health experience
