We are looking for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our private practice in Leominster, MA. We offer competitive benefits and wages and would love to have you on our team! Experience as an outpatient PT is preferred and we will consider Visa candidates as well.

Duties:

• Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
• Collaboration with the other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (MPT, DPT)
• PT License in MA

Compensation:

• $45-$48 per hour (DOE
