Field Service Engineers act as the customers first responders by keeping drug dispensing machines up and running in order to allow pharmacists, doctors and nurses to promote essential patient safety and care.

Field Service Engineers perform duties which include preventive maintenance, emergency and on-call service, and operational maintenance.

Act as a Brand Ambassadors as they perform user training and recommend products and services tailored to every customers needs.

Experience:

• Solid background in technical or Mechanical Engineering such as Automotive, HVAC, Electrical, Machining & Manufacturing
• Related military experience or preferred equivalent 1-3 years field service experience with electro-mechanical products.
