We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with our clients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as lifting, transferring, and generally getting around
  • Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor 
  • Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert 
  • Give medication reminders
  • Engage patients in maintaining a sense of personal pride and dignity by connecting with them personally 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • No prior experience necessary
  • High School Diploma or GED or Work relevant letter accepted
  • Part time availability 
  • Driver’s license not required but preferred 
  • CPR certification training available
