Long Term Skilled Nursing Facility located in Queens County, New Yorkis looking for a talented and hard-working Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team of outstanding professionals. We are looking for an experienced DON to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility (of 100 beds). The DON will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. This position requires a hard-working and compassionate registered nurse with finely developed managerial and administrative skills with an emphasis on problem-solving. The DON must foster a work environment committed to excellence that will support staff working in the facility and patients alike.

Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing in Long Term Care with managerial experience.
