Roessel Joy has partnered with a leader in the local healthcare industry. Located in Wellesley, MA who is seeking to bring on an Assistant Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with healthcare or real estate industry experience and 8 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Ownership over general ledger
• Month-end close
• Manage a group of accountants (Payroll, AP, AR, Staff Accountant)
• Prepare financial statements

Qualifications of the role:

• 8 years of accounting experience
• Staff management experience
• Non-profit, healthcare, or non-profit background

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
