This is a bread and butter practice where you can CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE as long as it makes business sense and all patients are taken care of, plus NO WEEKENDS, NO CALL, and NO LATE NIGHTS. - $400k - $450k Salary
- Once your salary and all overhead related to surgery are covered, you keep a percentage of revenue you bring in from there
- Medium patient volume = stay busy, but not overwhelmed
- NO CALL, NO LATE NIGHTS, and NO WEEKENDS
- MUST be comfortable working without robotics as this hospital does not have them
