HealthActions seeks an energetic, positive individual to manage our fitness gyms in Jackson, Monroeville and Atmore, AL This individual must have a strong desire to improve the health and well-being of individuals and communities, be an active class instructor and personal trainer. 

Requirements

• Hires, Trains, and Supervises all wellness staff, ensuring they provide value and great service to all members, helps members achieve their goals

• Ensures member Management system is accurate and all staff know how to properly use to enroll members

• Ensures POS is accurate, and deposits are accurate daily for all locations, to help achieve the finance metric of the department, i.e., Budget Neutral

• Ensures classes are well taught, well attended, and enjoyed by all

• Assesses and develops new classes and/or programs desired by communities, helping to achieve overall health and wellness

• Ensures facilities are clean, professional and with working, up-to-date equipment at all times

• Ensures supplies are ordered and stocked to be available as needed

• Ensures a safe environment for all with all aware of fire, safety, disaster, infection control, and emergency procedures

• Arranges and participates in events to help grow memberships and achieve our purpose in all facility communities (i.e. Annual Food Drive, Blood Drive, Runs, Local industry, Parades, Chamber of Commerce)
