Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Director to oversee operations, drive clinical excellence, and lead our team towards delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers a unique opportunity for partnership within our esteemed organization. This clinic is in a great location and has plenty of patients to see. Lots of opportunities for incentive and/or profit sharing. 

Essential Job Functions:

- Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership, guidance, and direction to clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Clinical Excellence: Ensure high-quality patient care delivery by maintaining clinical standards, implementing best practices, and facilitating staff training and development.

- Business Development: Drive business growth initiatives, foster relationships with referring physicians, and explore new opportunities to expand clinic services.

- Patient Relations: Maintain exceptional patient relations by addressing concerns, ensuring patient satisfaction, and upholding the clinic's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.

- Current state licensure and CPR certification.

- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.

- Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving clinic growth.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.

Physical Requirements:

- Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.

- Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).

- Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.

- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.

- Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.

- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
