Health Services, Inc. is a primary-centered medical home with eleven (11) locations and four (4) School-Based Clinics to serve individuals and their families by providing access to affordable comprehensive health and wellness services.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN/RN (Licensed Practice Nurse/Registered Nurse) coordinator to join our healthcare team. As an LPN/RN coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
*Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in providing quality patient care
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in complex patient care situations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Assist with the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing
- Experience administering injections and performing gastric lavage.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, unrestricted Alabama LPN or RN license.
- Certification in BCLS and CEUs sufficient for licensure
-One year direct experience as a charge nurse or nurse supervisor preferred.
