Health Providers is seeking full time License Practical Nurse to fulfill this person-centered role. In this position, you will work with the Registered Nurse, Director and care team to provide top notch care to those that reside at Health Providers.

There is no evening or weekend on call with this position.

You will assist with daily tasks such as:

• Wound Care
• Medication Administration
• Order Processing
• Appointment Scheduling
• Maintaining Resident Records
• Skilled items such as catheter changes
• You will also assist with supervision and education of care team staff.

The role of Licensed Practical Nurse is integral to providing quality care at Health Providers!

Position hours are typically day shift, Monday through Friday.

Wage: Starting at $22.50 per hour, dependent on experience

Requirements: Current, unrestricted Minnesota Practical Nursing License
