Job Purpose:
The Bilingual Patient Service Representative (PSR) works as a member of Health Ministries Clinic team in an integrated primary-care/behavioral health setting. The Bilingual PSR assists providers to care for patients by scheduling appointments ,taking phone calls for the clinic, and bridging the gap between language barriers. PSRs do participate in staff meetings, and staff training as required for the job role. The PSRs work closely with patients to ensure the accuracy of their dental appointments, personal information, and billing information.
