Must have a current Texas RNor LVNlicense.
Shifts:
6AM - 2PM
2PM - 10PM
10PM - 6AM
Responsibilities:
- Provides and oversees nursing care to assigned residents.
- Manage CNAs on assigned hall
- Conduct rounds on assigned hall
- Distribute medications
- Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts.
- Identify and monitor changes of condition with residents.
- Complete incident and accident reports.
- Admit and discharge residents from facility in a timely fashion.
