Our agents are provided with the highest quality self-generated leads in the industry by way of an innovative in-house marketing team with advanced dialing and texting strategies. We know firsthand how much of a difference the quality of leads makes in a sales organization. A great salesperson without quality leads is like a great musician without an instrument to play. That is why we take pride in the quality of our leads.
We generate the highest quality contacts by way of our in-house marketing organization. We spend, on average, over $10,000 per week per agent on leads and marketing. We have an intricate lead distribution network and a solid team of Future Agents (Fronters/ Qualifiers) that sift through all of our generated data, producing fresh and warm fronts that are pre-qualified for interest and budget to our sales team all day long. You will not get higher-quality contacts elsewhere, that is guaranteed!
As a Medicare Agent you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with their Medicare-related inquiries, providing information, and facilitating the enrollment and sales process.

***Annual ENROLLMENT PERIOD - We have extreme seasonality during our AEP. This is the time of year when the entire country is looking for health insurance. It runs from ~OCT 15 - Dec 07 2024. We will be working long hours, are compensated well, and make a lot of sales in the process.
Compensation
Our Medicare Agents (licensed) on average are making $1,300/ week outside of Open Enrollment. The pay structure is $20/ hour base, plus overtime, plus bonus and spiffs.
