A day in the life of a Nutrition Assistant...

When you join our dynamic team as a Nutritional Assistant every day is a new chance to make an impact. As our Nutritional Assistant, your customer service skills will come in handy as you greet patients and assist them on their nutritional journey from start to finish each day.

During appointments, you are the doctor's right hand, taking detailed notes, providing necessary supplements, and offering support as they craft personalized wellness plans.

Your passion for patient care shines through every interaction, making a lasting impact on their wellness journey.

Job duties :

Nutrition Counseling : Regarding detox plans, weight management, lifestyle changes and patient support follow-up calls.

Additional compensation given for consultation sessions.

• Assisting duties : Assist the doctor in the appointment process by charting electronic records up to date, assisting in testing procedures, and performing follow-up duties as necessary.
• Client Support : Assist clients with basic inquiries, provide information about our services and products, and direct them to appropriate resources as necessary.

Perform basic duties such as scheduling and payment collection as needed.

Documentation : Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for client records, invoices, and other administrative documents.

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Inventory Management : Maintain inventory of nutritional supplements, and other related items. Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and ensure products are organized and properly labeled.

Hours - Tuesdays and Thursdays 8 : 30-1 : 30 and 2 : 30-6 : 30, 2 Saturdays a month 8 : 00-12 : 30.

Qualifications :

Wholistic nutrition certification or health coaching training required

Excellent customer service skills

Live a healthy lifestyle
