The administrative component of this job will consist of internal case management, start of cares and supervisory visits, and aide orientation and ongoing trainings. The field-based aspect of this position will create opportunities for you to spend quality time with field staff in client homes developing, mentoring and providing professional guidance.

Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Supervise day-to-day clinical and office operations. Train and mentor Field Clinicians and Aides.
• Perform clinical supervision of patient care consistent with nursing principles and agency policy and procedures.
• Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Current RN Professional license
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Minimum of one year experience within home care preferred
• Must be able to travel to patients’ homes
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
• Must have excellent time management skills to prioritize and organize workload
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
