Busy chiropractic practice seeking a English/Spanish receptionist and assistant.

ALL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE.

The right candidate will support the rest of the team. This individual will be responsible for multiple tasks simultaneously and to be consistent, dependable and present.

Duties and Talents Required:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Professional, friendly, outgoing personality
• Customer Service oriented
• Must be organized
• Must be able to multi-task
• Ability to schedule patient appointments and perform follow-up calls
• Ability to answer the phone while interacting with patients

Hours:

MON: 8:40 AM - 1PM and 3 PM - 7 PM

TUES: 2:45 PM - 7:15 PM

WED: 8:40 AM - 1PM and 3 PM - 7 PM

THUR: 8:40 AM - 1PM and 3 PM - 7 PM

Salary:

• $20-23 per hour with a higher rate for a candidate
