Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of business-related experience. 

Job Summary:

To serve in a senior level administrative, financial, and professional capacity by assisting department leadership in organizational development, benchmarking, operational reporting, scorecards, management reporting, performance management, measuring trends, budgeting, cost analysis, and other in depth financial and operational analysis activities. Responsible for the implementation of process improvement in the areas of Finance and Administrative processes.

Job Duties:

• Reports directly to the department administrator to assist with operational decisions and the development and implementation of strategic long and short-term plans to assure fiscal growth, solvency, and accountability. 
• Provides advice after investigating and analyzing financial data. 
• Performs cost and profit analysis; identifies weak fiscal financial performance; recommends financial solutions, and implements corrective action plans. 
• Develops a system to improve the financial position of the department. 
• Analyzes trends and performance and identifies profitability improvements. 
• Creates and develops specialized reports including business plans, operational reviews, and profitability analysis. 
• Analyzes the performance (profitability and productivity) of the business operations and makes recommendations to the Administrator. 
• Supervises grants management for the department. 
• Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure. 

Salary Range:
$72,769 - $94,600
