If you are looking for an opportunity to work in an outpatient setting while working alongside collaborative team members with flexible scheduling, then look no further!
Our Advanced Practice Provider will have their own patient panel and clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness, and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest.
Minimum Requirements
Our Advanced Practice Provider will have their own patient panel and clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness, and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest.
Minimum Requirements
- FNP designation with CO license eligibility
- DEA with prescriptive authority required
- Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Outpatient Primary Care clinic-Pharmacy, Lab and Imaging on site for Patient convenience as part of a multi-use medical building
- Clinic open Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM, occasional Saturdays 8 AM-12 PM
- Neighborhood clinic treating all ages
- 4-10 hour days with rotating Saturday's (each provider with do a total of 8/year)
- 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
- Light call - phone call consult only
- Medical Assistants, Front Office, Referrals and leadership support
- Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!
- As one of the nations largest non-profit health systems, you'd qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program
- Salary range: $54.08-$63.70 per hr. (dependent on experience)
