The Social Worker is responsible for providing pre-admission, admission and counseling services to residents. This position aids residents and their families with personal and environmental difficulties, which may predispose illness or interfere with obtaining maximum benefits from skilled care.

This position is an integral role that is the heartbeat of this community.
