What will I be doing?

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking support and guidance. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide professional counseling services to clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Your expertise and empathetic approach will help empower individuals to overcome challenges, foster emotional well-being, and promote positive personal growth.

You will be working on:

• Communication skills
• Individual and family counseling
• Crisis intervention and treatment
• Case management activities
• Creating individual treatment plans based on family’s needs

Am I a good fit?

In this position you will be travelling in the community to meet families where they are. A flexible schedule is important for this role and allows you to have control over your session planning. Attention to detail and organization skills will ensure success in this role.

• Required Minimum hours per week: 25 hours.
• Competitive Salary with additional hourly rate over 25 hours.

Qualifications: 

Master’s on licensure track supervision required or LAPC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW with Master’s degree in a Human Services field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, etc. and license. A minimum experience of 2 years in the mental health field and includes working with children and families which may include intern, volunteer, and professional child and family services work. Learn more here.
