What Will I Be Doing?

Pinnacle Family Services is looking for a Foster Care Parent Recruiter responsible for recruiting foster families for Health Connect America. You will serve as the boots on the ground of our foster care marketing plan and play a critical role in helping us connect children in need with loving families.  Foster Care Recruiter will recruit foster parents who are able to provide a nurturing environment to children in foster care while assisting them in navigating their trauma and caring for their individualized needs.

Am I A Good Fit?

This position requires travel and You must be willing to work and travel throughout the coverage area of Asheville, NC. 

• Knowledge of marketing and communications principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on the mental healthcare and foster care services industry.
• Knowledge of child welfare system
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Social Work or another human services required
• 1 year of experience working with the child welfare system preferred
• NC Licensed in LCSW/A, LPC/A, LMSW/A, LMPT/A preferred
• MAPP Trainer Certification Preferred
• Foster parent recruitment and licensing experience preferred
• Qp Qualified required
• Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license)
