The mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families. We are COA accredited and located throughout the state of NC providing services to children, adolescents, and families. 

What Will I Be Doing?

Pinnacle is in search of a full-time Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Qualified Professional or Mental Health Therapist to work with at-risk youth. FCT is one of few home-based treatment models that has extensive experience with families and youth who move between the child welfare, mental health, and juvenile justice systems, otherwise known as “crossover youth.” The position is a salaried position with benefits and mileage reimbursement. Candidate will provide services in Wake County and surrounding areas. 

Am I A Good Fit?

This position requires travel, on-call duties and a flexible schedule (afternoons, evenings and weekends). Attendance at weekly team meetings will also be required. You must be willing to work and travel throughout the coverage area of Raleigh and surrounding counties. Employees receive extensive training and become certified in the Family Centered Treatment model.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  •  Human Services degree preferred.
• 2-years full time documented child mental health experience w/ human services Bachelor's degree OR 1-year full time documented child mental health experience w/ human services Master's degree OR 4-years full time documented child mental health expereince w/ non-human services Bachelor's degree QP qualifications per the state of NC required
• Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Certification preferred.
• If Licensed, NC Clinical License: LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, or pending (Preferred).
• Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license). Required.
