We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Community Mentor to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of community members.

Am I a good fit?

• You will be working in the heart of our community. This role may involve travel within the community to meet clients in their own environments.
• A flexible schedule is important for this role and allows you to have control over your session planning.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills and organization skills will ensure success in this role.

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School diploma
• Volunteer and/or work experience with children and families preferred.
• Valid Virginia driver's license; Must be able to provide your own transportation to and from place of work. Potential to provide services in neighboring counties. 
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred.
