Job SummaryThe Data Entry Clerk II is responsible for providing operational support to the Critical Claims Unit and Operational Teams. This position's duties could evolve as changes in the business occur.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Minimum Requirements

Education and experiences that are still directly related to the job but could be taught or are not critical to the decision of which incumbent to hire. *1 years in a professional office environment
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*Basic experience with Excel spreadsheets
*Analytical by nature
*Proficiency at Word, Excel and Outlook
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Must provide a high degree of flexibility. Overtime may be required during busy periods
*Ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve
*Excellent data entry skills (both alpha numeric and 10-key)
*Better than average time management skills
*Medical insurance knowledge a plus
*Medical terminology beneficial
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

50%*Receive and Initiate Grievance/Appeals
20%*Resend Aetna Pricing Appeals
10%*Review and work the RX reversal reports
10%*Processing invoices
10%*Other duties as needed/assigned.
